hello - I AM SUFFERING for severe sweating until now. im now a teenager . My sweating began since when in was in second grade in elementary. Im very conscious with my situation like every minute , every second, in my whole life. Every time i get nervous,while having my test in class,playing sports,or even just sitting down without doing anything , i sweat a lot.Sometimes when im nervous, my hands,and feets gets cooled and my underarms sweats much thats why i dont wear dark colors.sir is this a sign for hyperdrosis? I dont know what to do. its really a big problem for me . can i ask ? Does MY SWEATING could be possibly inherited? Beause my father had been with it .i feel so sad.. hhhm Hoping for your response sir. THANK YOU ..

It is not surprising to sweat when you cool off. The sweat has a thermoregulating impact for your body. If you want to call it Hyperhidrosis or not, the fact is: You have the feeling that you sweat too much, and you want to do something about it . We can recommend Iontophoresis for severe types or sweating.
