Hi, I have had the PSP1000 for 2 days now, and I performed one session on both my hands and my feet on the preset settings the day i received the machine. However, after i used the machine on my hands today, and i went to do my feet (using the preset settings) the colon stays on the display, and the voltage does not count up from zero. The strange part is that if i place my hands in the device (while on the feet setting) it will begin the therapy as usual.
How can i fix this? Thanks. |

During the setup (colon) make sure you don't have the feet IN the trays, the therapy will not start - there is a safety measure that prevents a start when you have something in the trays that connects the current circuit. _________________ You are welcome...

Hi i have the same issue too, however i'm able to get the machine to work on my feet only after change to p-90 settings. Direct pulse won't work on my feet. You can try changing your settings and see if it works. |
