I would like to purchase a hidrex psp1000 but would like to know what the return policy is for the machine. We've already tried a machine from RA fischer company that did not work and in case this one is unsuccessful, I'd like to be aware of the return policy. |

Okay, just a few more questions (thank you for your patience with me)….
$945 is US currency?
I’ve read the Money Back/Enhanced Warranty and just want to clarify. If for some reason it does not work for my daughter, than I may return it during the 8-week trial period, and as long as it is not damaged/scratched, we will be entitled to a refund (excluding shipping costs, extra part and accessories)?
I believe you’ve already answered this question, but do I need to purchase the Set Duo? Or can she treat both hand and feet simultaneously in separate trays with the Hidrex psp1000?
Are the comfort trays necessary as an extra accessory?
Is the Hidrex the right machine for her?
Will she be able to speak with someone if she is not having any success?
I apologize for asking so many questions, I just want to be sure I’m educated. The last machine she had did not work for her and she is very discouraged. She’s 17 and suffers terribly from the hyperhydrosis, both literally and mentally. She is very self-conscious about it (as I’m sure you’ve heard numerous times). It breaks my heart.

The Set Duo is not needed to treat hand and feet simultaneously, it's just an option.

The comfort trays are not necessary (it's the same as the Set Duo).
Is the Hidrex the right machine for her?
We always recommend to take a PULSED CURRENT (PC) device, even for feet treatment and specially for hands or axilar treatment.
