For some reason my machine wen usin , when i turn the knob to max it is limited to 15mA for the legs and, 7 mA for hands ...? It was wrkin fine few days back, in a bigger tray i put the plates in to use on my legs... What could it be ?? Fyi: to also give more info , i am using an aftermarket power adapter and it was working just fine for past 2 months, this is out of no where , i looked at the plates nd scrubedthe metal connectors with brush to make sure itsclean ... No luck . Please help |

And forgot to mention , i took all wires out and re assebled , no luck |

Nd if you think thats the case , can i purchase a repacement power adapter for north america , my warranty ended may 2010 , is it 2 or 4 years warranty ? |

Could it be the electrodes , i havnt once cleaned them with alcohol ... Could it be the black wire , is it safe to put those plates in a bigger plastic container ? Could water have gone into them , worst case scenerio can i purchase replacemnt electrodes / plates nd wires ? |
