Hi Everybody,
Sorry for my approximative langage, because i am French, (thanks for your understand!)

Everything was fine
And recently, when my hands and feet are in the water, I received strong shocks, but I don't move and I don't have jewelry!
Have you ever encountered this problem?
My device is normally 4 years warranty, how return?
Please help me, i am desperate because the shocks hurt me, and I have to stop treatment.

Hi France,
This is mostly a problem with the connection of the plugs to the electrodes (pulg and unplug the electrodes to the cables 10 times)
Is the connection of the pins to the electrodes fix, or can you twist or move it?
Have you cleaned the electrodes,? _________________ You are welcome...

For Aluminium plates (shown in the picture above, in this form they are not avialable in stainless steel) .. You should soak them in vinegar overnight and clean them carefully (to avoid scratches) the next day .
I cant find your mail-address in our database, you must have ordered with another mail address, please send us this by pm (if not give me the serial-number, but this takes much longer to verify). _________________ You are welcome...

And i post to the topic, thanks !
Oh, i am so sad are not avialable in stainless steel..
Do you have just a plates to sell ? Maybe i can buy just a plates if mine is bad ?
What the problem with the connection of the plugs tot he electrodes ? you mean that it deteriorates the unplugging and reconnecting with each treatment?
Thanks again! |

Hi France,
I had a similar experience about two years ago and i don't think it was a problem with the device. I was connecting the AC adaptor to a socket which was kinda not holding the adaptor properly. So when the adaptor was moved due to loose connection it lost the power source for a split second and when it came back i experienced the jolt. Ever since then i make sure the power source to which i plug the adaptor is secure and will not cause any movement to the adaptor. This hasn't happened to me again.Hope this helps.
kind regards
Satish |
