I bought new Hidrex ConnectIon. I forgot to put grid and treat myself without grids and towels. I put my hands directly on the stainless still plate.
I don't feel any burn or discomfort while I am using it on a direct current.
Could you please advice, if I can use hidrex without grids, if not didn't I spoiled my hidrex machine?

Never treat without grids or towels.

The protection circuit may appear to react faster when using pulsed current mode, but this is not kept in connection with the location of use
