Hello, we really only recommend regular tap water. We can‘t guarantee that seawater doesn‘t damage the electrodes..... so to be sure, better use only regualar tap water.

sea water has all minerals ( lime, limescale, scale, calcium carbonate . salt and ...)
and there is no need to add anything
thats why I said that
on the other hand it's not better to use hard water?
sea water is the harddest water i think
