Hi I have been using the idromed for 20 days straight now. I use the device for my hands and feet. I do my treatment simultaneously at 25 MA. I did notice my palms were getting drier and my feet were getting a little drier but my socks are still always wet and feet still are clammy. I use 400 ML in each tray and always treat my feet with the positive cable. Should I try something different? And does this device work better when you treat hands and feet separately or does that not matter? Thanks!

Sure it matters when treating at full power, then - even for beginners with iontophoresis it is better to try it separate. Exception: you feel that you can not handle more current for hands or feet (or both) when treating simultan.

When you treat separate than the same current is concentrated to smaller parts, so in the end you have at same settings much more current that is brought into the Skin
