I've used Hidrex PSP 1000 for a few years and it does work quite quick and well.

It may take around 1 week until the effects start kicking in - depending on how long you have used it previously.

The hands get dry fast and you need to apply some lotion or oil to keep protect the skin if your skin is not used to the dry condition.
