Hello,

I am looking at purchasing the Hidrex PSP 1000. I am located in Canada and I was wondering if you have shipped any devices to Canada. There should be no duty on the device, however I am concerned about customs allowing the device into the country as it is a medical device.

Also, which courier do you ship through?

It is not a problem to deliver the Hidrex PSP to canada, we have done this many times before without duty and problems with customs, even as a medical device ....
We use priority Air Mail with DHL to Canada, and then we crossover to the Canadian Post to ship it to your door and hand it over personally, takes only a few days
