Thanks but I still do not know the suggested level I should turn the machine to for beginning treatments. Should I do 15?

You should start with lower settings. Slowly increase the current setting until you feel a light tingling sensation and then decrease it a little bit so that you can treat comfortably. The therapy should never hurt or be uncomfortable.
