Hi Markus,
I had a question to ask. The plug on one of my plates has been slowly rusting for some reason while the other one is fine. It has gotten to the point where the plug is loose and it seems as though it is going to break off soon. Is there any way that I can purchase a set of aluminum or the stainless steel plates? If not do you have any suggestions on how to fix it

Yes, at the moment the spare part site is only available in our German shop, but it is easy to order the parts. If you get any problems we will help you out. Choose as delivery country "Germany" and leave your real delivery country address in the "comment" field. The postage is included in the German prices.
When you take stainless steel plates this problem will never occur again. Sometimes when the water is very salty, this "rust" problem can occur with the aluminum-electrodes.
Can you please leave a success story on the success message board on these forums, or if you have written one up in the past, provide an update?

I just wanted to say that you have been so helpful and there is nothing that I can do to show my gratitude.
Just a few more questions
Whats the difference between the hidrex and idromed-plug?
Also, is the stainless steel electrodes compatible with the idromed 5 (PC)?
With the ordering what do i need to do with my address?? do i put it in the "Bemerkung" section? If so than what do I put in the other fields for "Strabe/hausnr", "PLZ", "ORT"? I know what they mean, but do i leave them blank or put my real address there?
What do these options at the bottom of the page mean and should I check them

It is simply another cable connection plug.

It is only the material (we produce the stainless steel ones and then we screw the right plug in).
