My daughter is on "Day 9" of treatment and the Hidrex PSP1000 seems to be functioning properly (she feels the electric current) but the colon ":" between the time of treatment and the dose setting (mA) does not disappear during treatment as the User Manual states it will on page 16. Should the colon be disappearing during treatment or is the machine operating properly?

Thank you very much for your question.
Don't worry, everything is fine. Unfortunately this is an error in the user manual. The colon does not disappear during the treatment, it just stop blinking, like in the following video:

The producer is already informed, I'm sure they will correct the wrong statement in the manual very soon!
