We are contacting the Hyperhidrosis community because we have unfortunately been seriously ripped off.
In the last few months we have had quite a lot of orders from Berlin. Since we deliver on account some of the packages were unfortunately (in the sense of the package delivery service) "positively delivered to the neighbors“.
We first found out that both the name and address were unknown when we sent the first notification of nonpayment 8 weeks later.
Because of the fact that these Iontophoresis machines are virtually unsellable on the Black Market, we believe that these machines will be offered on Ebay and other online services to be sold as "used" machines .
The fact that recording of the serial numbers is a standard procedure in Medicinal technology means that these machines are without a doubt traceable, and that the chance of catching up with these thieves is therefore accordingly high.
We are therefore calling for your help and assistance:
If you have bought one of these machines, please inform us of this!
There is a REWARD OF €500
when your information leads us to the apprehension of the thieves. A further €500 will be paid if there is still something to get out of them... ( and we can assert our legitimate financial claims).
You can keep the machine in any case! We will not ask to have machine back! This applies to every machine that is reported to us. Not just the first one, as long as we still do not have the offender(s) .
We will want to reclaim our machines only in the following case: should the information about illegaly sold machines come from the offenders themselves and lead to the confiscation of the stolen goods, then we will reclaim our machines because they still legally belong to us until they have been completely paid for – no matter who gave the thieves money for them.

A message to the thieves:
You guys have got a lot of nerve to have ripped us off in so many cases and to have tried to do so in many more. The Police has meanwhile been notified and will intervene.
It will surely be difficult to to catch you, but we will invest just as much work and energy in catching you as you have invested in ripping us off, then we will see....
Think of the damage that you have caused, and also the of the impending damage. Because when this happens too many times, we will maybe have to delete the option "purchase on Account" and this might stop some people from ordering our machines and depriving them of the possibility of achieving 100% sweat free success. These same people will continue to suffer from extreme sweating. Their suffering will all come back to you. You have collected some bad Karma folks ....some real bad Karma.
But, if you have the courage to admit to the damage that you have caused and to stand up for your mistakes, then we say this to you :
Give us back our machines, and the case is closed.. If you have sold the machines, pay us for them. Under these conditions we will not press charges.
Meanwhile we have reacted and have changed the method for payment in Germany. Now there is only personal delivery. We know that it is not so pleasant to have to go to the post office and have to show identification in order pick up a package personally because you were not at home when the package came. We ask for your understanding in this matter and apologize for the possible inconvenience.
If you have recently bought an Iontophoresis machine, please compare the serial number on the back of the machine with the list above and please report any irregularities to us.
ATTENTION!
It is always possible that all used Iontophoresis machines that are offered on Ebay and others on the web are stolen, not paid for, or are machines that belong to insurance companies that have paid for them. Be careful, check twice, and don't accidently buy stolen goods!
