I would like to purchase the Hidrex PSP1000 after doing a lot of research. I have hand and foot hyperhidrosis, and since you have the 8 week return policy, I feel as though this is a great time to test the machine to see if it helps. I want to first be sure I am clear about the return policy. If I try the machine for several weeks and don't notice a difference in reduction of sweat, I can package the machine and send back to you, correct? Second question - I also have hyperhidrosis of my upper lip. I see that you have the Hidrex "small special applicator" to treat small areas of the body. I wanted to ask how that would work? Do you hold the small applicator onto the p art of the body that you want to stop the sweating? The upper lip area is such a small area. It is smaller than the applicator itself. I wouldn't want the electric current on my lips or nose. Please advise how this works, I would very much appreciate it your help. I would like to place the order today! Thank you! |

1 - Yes, this is correct. Of course, we always recommend to contact us first, maybe we can help you to improve the therapy results (support is included!) You can find further information here.
2 - The small special applicator is quite big for the upper lip area. Normally you have to fix it with velcro straps, so maybe it's better for this part to try an antiperspirant.
Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. _________________ You are welcome...
