I had great success with the Idromed 5 DC and was completely sweat free. However, I stopped use for several months and my sweating has returned. I started using the machine again this week and it just doesn't feel as strong as before. I was up all the way to 25mA on my hands with hardly any irritation at all! Do you think I got the cables wet and need a replacement? Any ideas?

It is normal that you don't feel anything with a pulsed current device.
Maybe last time is was different (were you in another area last time ?) because of the water quality, or your personal bio rhytm.
The biggest indicator is success when treating with a pulsed currrent Iontophroessi machine like the Idromed
