If you purchase the PSP1000 along with the stainless steel plates and then you decide to return the unit, you will receive the money back for the unit and the mains plug. Shipping expenses, additional accessories such as stainless steel plates are not covered by the money back guarantee and are therefore not reimbursed!
Example: PSP1000 with stainless steel costs 975$, if you return the machine you will get back 845$ (100$ for the shipping and 30$ for the stainless steel electrodes option that is not reimbursed).
