Hi
I have quite bad sweating on my hands and feet so I am interested in purchasing the Idromed 5 PC.
I live in Australia and I have a few questions:
1. Can you please confirm that I would only need a normal travel adaptor to use the device in Australia?
2. I have read that some people have had problems receiving the device in Australia due to Australian Customs. Is the device acutally allowed in Australia? Do you have a strategy to ensure it does not get stopped by Customs?
3. How long does it take to arrive in Australia?
4. Does the 8 week trial period start from the date you post it, or from the date it is received in Australia?

Regarding your questions:
1 - Yes, a travel adapter is enough to use the device in Australia.
2 - The device is allowed in Australia and we have our strategy to make sure it doesn´t get stuck in customs!
3 – It takes about 6-8 working days to arrive!
4 – The 8-week-trial-period starts when you receive the device.
