Thanks for your interest in our products!
Ionto-device.com and sweating.com are both our shops. The only difference is, the first shop is in euro and basically only with Iontohoresis devices, the second is in U.S dollar and has a bigger variety of products against excessive sweating.
To answer your questions:
1- We ship to israel. Shipping expenses are included, but it might be that you have to pay some sort of custom fee or something, when the unit arrives in israel. Shipping time is approx. 6-10 working days, plus some days to clear customs
2- The hidrex psp does not change polarity automatically. You have to do it every couple of days or as you think is necessary.
3- The unit and the mains plug are covered under warranty. So if there should be any technical defect, you can ship the machine back to us ( we cover up to 40€ of your shipping expenses) we have it checked and repaired and then send back to you. Spare parts and accessories are not covered by the guarantee, but if treated carefully and properly, they should last a long time.
4- We do not have any dealer or distributor in Israel.
5- Sure, you can choose paypal as payment method.
