Markus and his team were very helpful in responding to my questions. They were also very quick with shipping my PSP1000 to me. After about 3 weeks of continuous use, it worked! I am so glad that I came across this site, especially one that has good customer service too.

For those who are wondering, yes, I am listed as a moderator of this forum but, I am not officially part of Markus's team in Germany. He and his team were very helpful and I just help him correct some of his sticky posts on the forums to proper English and I need some features as a moderator to do that.

Please continue to send comments and questions to Markus and his team. They know a great deal about iontophoresis and are caring people!
