Hi, I would like to buy and ship to Israel the Idromed 5 PC, and was wondering whether there is any sort of purchase which would allow me to split the payments?
And also regarding the device itself, can the language be changed into english? |

Thank you very much for your interest in our products. Unfortunately there is no way to split the payment. If you order through our English site, then we ship the unit in the English language and the manual is also in English.

Thank you for your quick and kind reply!
I'm having trouble trying to find out whether the customs would let me order this device.
Although the drionic do sell in Israel, I am somewhat worried that the customs might not release the product when it arrives.
Do you have any experience with shipping your products to Israel?
Would I be able to send the machine back to you and get a full refund (shipment costs would apply on me, of course), in case the customs would not release the Idromed? |

Of course, I can understand your concerns.
The last unit we shipped to Israel in the middle of April and the customer recieved it around the end of April. Shipping time to Israel was not so much, but it was in customs for a few days. He did not say anything about having problems with customs.
If there should be any problems with customs, then the machine will be send back to us and as soon we recieve it back, we will debit back the full amount you paid. But like I said, I don´t think that there will be any problems with customs. It just may take a few days until the package has cleared customs, but then it will be delivered straight to your house.
