Hi, got problems with the Hidrex pulsed
I started doing what you said before in pm.... I used the machine for 7 straight days but I have used it much more than that ie. I did it on average 3-4 days/week and that's because 1) many sites (including the Hidrex manual) suggest three 15-min treatments/wk for the initial treatment, 2)to relieve my hands from the pain and cracking. Anyhow I am following your advice now but my 8-wk money back guarantee is over soon (dec. 28 is the deadline) so my question is: could you give me an extension for the 8-wk money back guarantee, for another 3 wks? Hopefully with your help the machine will work for me but if it doesn't I need to return it. The service has been EXCELLENT so far and I really appreciate if you support me. Thank you!! |

Hello RA,
Despite what the manual says, our long experience shows that the initial treatment has to be done every single day until the sweating stops. Only then do we recommend starting to treat every other day. This might be the reason why you haven´t had success yet. So keep up the daily treatments!
Remember that the treatment should not hurt! So it's better to start treating with lower and tolerable currents, than treating too high, having to stand the pain and getting hurt!
Sure, hereby we extend your 8 week money back for another 4 weeks, until january 25th. this way you´ll have enough time to test the device, considering all the things I mentioned earlier.
Please get back to us should you have any other questions!
Happy holidays! _________________ You are welcome...

Hi there,
I have 2 questions please:
1- Seems like my right palm is drying up faster than my left; also the skin on my right palm is peeling whereas my left palm isn’t (actually my right palm looks scary from all the cracks). What should I do? Should I only treat my left palm- how would I do that? Or Should I just put cream on my right palm during treatment?
2- I would like to make sure I am reading the display correctly. The mA led light is on so the machine should display mA, right? But when I turn the machine on it says 15 min and then 16, which is the volt, right? Then when I start treatment it increases to 5. That’s the mA, right? (the max mA I can handle is 5mA. After that it starts to really hurt.)
I am still ‘testing’ iontophoresis but I am really appreciating all your support so far. Thank you and Happy New Year! |

https://www.iontodevice.com/hyperhidrosis/how-often-do-i-have-to-change-the-polarity-t74.html
You can treat only one hand when you place both electrodes in a tray, or on a desk - next to each other with a 1 cm distance between the electrodes. Place a bigger towel over the electrodes so that the electrodes are covered in full, then place the body part 50:50 on each electrode.
2 Right
it shows you mA when mA led lights and the machine is in use (dive is on).
It shows you volt when you adjust the current. _________________ You are welcome...

Thank you. You're right, I've been using the + pole for my right palm so that's why is drying up faster. I will switch the polarity now. Also, I noticed that although my right palm is drying up faster, the fingers still sweat the same. Is there something I can do about that? Also, is there something we could do to tolerate a higher mA? I read somewhere to use cold water. The max I can tolerate is 5mA. After that it really hurts. I have very very sensitive skin. Thank you!! |

To be able to stand higher currents you can lower the water level a bit more. 1 cm of water in the trays (before putting electrodes, towels and hands inside) should be enough. You can also change the pulse width to 50%.
But don´t worry, if you´re already getting results with 5mA, then maybe that´s all what your body needs. Sometimes less is more!
Do your fingers sweat on the top, on the bottom, or on the sides?
Bottom: extra session, where you lift your palms and only treat the fingers.
Top and or sides: use moist cotton gloves during therapy. This way you don´t have to increase the water level but you have those parts covered.
To avoid too a dry and cracked skin, use our "current care creme". We`ll send you some samples along with the unit. During therapy you can cover your cracks with nivea creme or vaseline. _________________ You are welcome...

Hi There,
I have 2 more questions please:
1- I’ve been noticing something: even though I have the voltage set at 18, the mA changes from day to day (ranges from 3-5). Why does that happen? Is it normal? The problem is on the days when the amps is low I can’t increase the voltage (to increase the amps) during session because my hands are in treatment. Does that happen to anyone else? Do you suggest anything?
2- Do you think it’s okay to leave the towels, electrodes, and water in the tray after treatment so that it’s ready for the next treatment or should we empty the water?
Thank you!! |

Hi,
1- My right palm is dry but my fingers and my left hand still sweat (no real improvement). I am following your recommendations (including using + polarity for my left) but I am wondering if there are any other tips you can give me?
2-What is the best way to clean the aluminum plates and how often should I do that? (Some places say rubbing alcohol and others say salad vinegar)
Thanks |

Hi there,
I've reached dryness in my palms except for my finger tips. Do you have any suggestions on what I can do? I've tried treating only my finger tips (I lift up my palms) but notice that the current falls down drammatically (down to 2 mA) whereas if I do all my hand it is around 5-6 mA. Is that normal?
Thank you for all your support as always! |

That is normal. However, 2 ma on only the tips is much more in intensity density than 6 for the whole hand, so I would say all is ok for your setup. With patience I am pretty sure you can solve this issue after awhile, if not get back to me
If you feel it is much too low (for the feel of the current) you could maybe can use direct mode as trial .
Can you give us a post under https://www.iontodevice.com/hyperhidrosis/success-board-f2.html _________________ You are welcome...

Thanks a lot !
Maybe you could also write a bit more about your condition and what problems you have had. This would be really great - again, many thanks for your support. _________________ You are welcome...
