I'm using the Idromed PS 5 and when I put the current to fully on, it shows 25 mA (sometimes even 26 mA). When I place my feet in the tubs, the current drops and fluctuates between 19 and 22 mA. The longer I keep my feet in the higher it typically will go. Essentially, I am almost always unable to get to 25 mA.

Should I be concerned about this, is my device working properly?

Hello,
Don't worry, this is probably due to the high bodys' resistance to the current. Have you maybe used cream soap before treatments? Please read through the following link teaching you about skin care for iontophoreis and let us know!

Also the bodys' resistance is floating during a Iontoporesis treatment.

When you are "near the border" of the mA measurement, the display can sometimes show you a switch between the 2 _direct beneath the 2 neighbouring numbers.
