I have been using Hidrex PC successfully more than 4 months. Lately I have noticed that the stainless steel electrode with the red connector has multiple small, small holes in it. Also the stainless steel gets discolored. I clean the electrodes regularly. From the start the electrode with the black connector built up patina that I had to clean, but the holes on the other one something I have not noticed before.

Is this normal and do I need to replace the electrodes? How much will it cost to have them replaced?

And, on a side note, I have dropped the power adapter in the floor a couple of times. The good thing is that it still works, but what would it cost to get a new power adapter in case I happen to break it?

Hello!
Normally stainless steel electrodes do nothave to be replaced.
Would it be possible for you to send us a picture of the electrodes, so that we can tell you if it will be better to replace them?
The stainless steel electrodes cost 70 € and the aluminium ones cost 50 €: https://www.iontodevice.com/sweating/iontophoresis/spare_parts.html
