Greetings.
I can't believe it...yesterday I was still sweating in hands area...today NO Very Happy
This happens only for the left hand, but I am sure now that soon it will be the same for the right hand too.
The last days I used only 600 ml water, 45 mins - 1 hour, using the towel method.
It seems that indeed, the towel method is the BEST for me, and using it I feel that the current goes EXACTLY in the areas which still sweat.
That's what I feel during the therapy, and I think I also have a solid proof for that: I need much less nivea cream to cover the over dried areas, and I didn't get any other blisters.
I'm so happy Very Happy !!!
