The sweat problems on feet have come back, although I'm running daily sessions of 20min x 30V. The only thing I can relate it to is that I picked up a sport of swimming two months ago. Have you ever heard that this may have an effect? Maybe of course some other reason, but I haven't changed anything else (1 yr of success before).

Also a question about upside of feet. Have you any good idea how to treat that. Just deeper boxes and more water or some other method?

I have never heard, of this before- although I have learned that with Hyperhidrosis everything is possible - so if you want to determine if swimming is the cause, you should try taking a pause with the sport and see if it affects the sweating.
