Hi, 22/11 i sent an email regarding The hidrex 1000 trays. The machine is Brilliant though small problem with the trays they appear to be leaking? Could you assist me with this?

Hello,

No problem, while we ship a new item to you, you may take another bowl or tray made of plastic or try to fix the leackage from the inner side of the tray with gaffa or tesa tape. See instructions under following link:

Please let us know if it's one half or both halves of the case leaking. If it is one half, is it the one with the blue closers?
