On 29 Oct, I wrote about a broken case on a PS5 unit I had just received (see post on this forum). I've just returned from being out of the country for a few weeks and I have yet to receive a replacement for this. Could you clarify?

Oh no! We shipped the new item to you. october 30th or so, and since we didn't hear anything else from you, we assumed that it had arrived....

I was gone for a few weeks but someone was at this address to receive any package. Did you mail it DHL as you did with the Idromed unit?
