On 29 Oct, I wrote about a broken case on a PS5 unit I had just received (see post on this forum). I've just returned from being out of the country for a few weeks and I have yet to receive a replacement for this. Could you clarify?

I was gone for a few weeks but someone was at this address to receive any package. Did you mail it DHL as you did with the Idromed unit?
