Hi, its it possible for my machine to reach 25m a, but i Cannot feeling any sensation on my feet, does iit mean that it is working.?

Yes, there is still current running! That is the beautiful thing about Pulsed Current, you really do not feel it! As long as the dryness lasts, there is nothing to worry about!
