Hello,

Many thanks for your interest in our products!

1) Yes, shipping to Trinidad and Tobago is included in the price (just note that some countries outside of the EU may require additional tax and import fees)

2) In Trinidad and Tobago there is also a type A wall socket for US plug (with only two pins). If you choose the US plug you won't need any extra adapter. https://www.iontodevice.com/sweating/safedataframe.html?fsrc=https://www.iontodevice.com/sweating/iontophoresis/spare_parts.html
The power pack of both devices (Idromed and Hidrex) is: 100-240 V / 50-60 Hz.

3) Iontophoresis is a very effective therapy and the success rate of our devices is about 98%! Our pulsed current devices, the Idromed 5 PC and the Hidrex PSP 1000, are both the best on the market. We always recommend to take a PULSED CURRENT (PC) device, even for feet treatment and especially for axilar treatment. Pulsed current is much smoother and not as painful as direct current. Under the following links you'll find more information about this topic: https://www.iontodevice.com/hyperhidrosis/iontophoresis-pulsed-current-better-than-direct-current-t139.html , https://www.iontodevice.com/tap-water-iontophoresis.htm
Of course, Iontophoresis is a very individual therapy, that's why we offer a 8 weeks money back guarantee. In this time (full support is provided) it's possible to see if the therapy really works or not. If you are not satisfied with the results, you will be able to return the device and get a refund (more details under: https://www.iontodevice.com/sweating/information/money-back/index.html)

Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us again!

Goodday,
I am interested in purchasing one for the machines for sweaty palms and feet.
However I have few inquiries before i make my purchase.
1) Do you ship to Trinidad when you say worldwide? and is the shipping cost included?

2) I noticed you have 230/240 v version for the machine but the plug has two pins. But in Trinidad all 230/240 plugs has three pins...could you explain ?

3) How effective is the product?
