First of all, Hidrex or Idromed Iontophoresis devices are made to be stable and are professional devices, they are also used in clinics, and are very reliable. You shouldn't be afraid that the device will be immediately defective, but if there is any problem during the eight weeks trial period, then we will surely give you the time to treat for the full eight weeks.
Also if they are any problems or defects while you are in our priority support, then there is always the possibility to extend or expand these eight weeks -in rare cases it takes a bit longer - and if we know about these problems, we'll see to it that you get the success that you wish to have.
Also the shipping time is not included in the eight weeks, the eight weeks begin when you have the device in your hands.

Another question:If i will send you the device for reparation,the time needed to repair this is included in that 8 week warranty,or will be added to that time(i mean,if the time needed to arrive from romania and back will be 1 week,i will lose 1 week of 8 to practice the treatment?)

Yes to all, the only exception is the limitation to €40 if you take for example an overnight shipping for let's say €300 we will cover only €40 in maximum, normally €40 are sufficient to choose up a premium tracked shipping (via air mail).

Just to be cleared(i am not so good at english as you can see:) ):if my device(say idromed 5 pc) will be break,in this period of 4 years warranty i will have no pay for the package for the shipping cost from romania to DE and from DE to Romania and also for the reparation ,isn t it?

Post subject: Question about warranty
Hi,I am new here and i want to buy a device of you(i dont know for sure if hidrex psp 1000 or idromed pc ).So let s the question: If my device will break and it is in warranty,the shipping costs from me(i am from romania) to you and back will be covered by this insurrance?Thank you!
