Yes, you can order all products from
www.sweating.com
The machine, the underarm pads and the face mask. Please note that if you choose the underarms pads, when choosing the face mask you don't need to order the mask with electrodes. The small electrodes for the underarm pads also fit the face mask ans since you can't do underarms and face at the same time you don't need 2 pairs of small electrodes.

Hello joa,
Thank you for your interest in our products.
Here is a short description of the differences between our 2 pulsed current machines:
Idromed 5 PC:
preset therapy session timer of 15 minutes, current is shown in mA, only pulsed current available, very easy to use
Hidrex PSP1000:
therapy session timer can be set individually from 1 to 60 minutes, current shown in Volt, more setting options than the Idromed, can be driven either in direct current or in pulsed current mode with different pulse width settings, depending of which area you have to treat, a bit more complicated to use than the Idromed.
More differences under the page -->
https://www.iontodevice.com/hyperhidrosis/differences-in-idromed-hidrex-iontophoresis-machines-t378.html
We always recommend to take a pulsed current machine
The therapy is smoother and more comfortable. Here you can read about the differences between pulsed and direct current:
https://www.iontodevice.com/hyperhidrosis/iontophoresis-pulsed-current-better-than-direct-current-t139.html
https://www.iontodevice.com/hyperhidrosis/iontophoresis-effectivity-of-pulsed-and-direct-current-t832.html
As for your travel situation and the different outlets, I think the Hidrex would be easier to work with. On the mains power plug you can click off the plug itself and exchange it for another. Right now we have an EU-Plug, an UK-Plug and an US-Plug. So if you order these machine with the US-Plug for example, then you can put in the comments field that you will need the EU and the UK Plug too. This way I think you should have covered all three countries.
There is no need to have 4 trays. You can do a simultaneous treatment of hands and feet using only 2 trays. You just place both hands in one tray and both feet in the other.
During the treatment you can rest your hands on the bottom of the tray.
If you should not be satisfied with the device, you can return it within 8 weeks after you recieved it and then we debit back the money (not included on the money back guarantee are the shipping expenses, accessories and/or spare parts. If the device has major scratches or damages, we will have to charge for that too). Please read here for more info.
We provide a full support service, through our hyperhidrosis forum here, through e-mail or even by phone.

Post subject: Which machine is more suitable?
Hello! I would like to ask for information on what is the most suitable machine to purchase.
I sweat profusely from the palms of my hands, feet and underarms and lately also from my face. I travel between Malta, the United States, the U.K and Italy all having a different outlet. Will I be able to use an adaptor with the machine?
Also does the hidrex gs400 come with 4 trays so you can treat hands and feet simultaneously? During the treatment, can you rest your hands and feet on the bottom of the tray or should you keep them elevated?
Thanks in advance!
