Please note that we always recommend taking a PULSED CURRENT (PC) device, even for feet, but specially for hand and underarm treatment. Pulsed current is much smoother and not as painful as the direct current. Under this link you'll find more information about this topic:
https://www.iontodevice.com/hyperhidrosis/iontophoresis-pulsed-current-better-than-direct-current-t139.html
,
https://www.iontodevice.com/tap-water-iontophoresis.htm
Basically it is a matter of taste, because both machines are the best on the market! The
Idromed PC
(pulsed current) is a little stronger than the
Hidrex PC
, but that doesn´t mean, that the effect with the Hidrex PC is going to be less. On the other side, the Hidrex PC can be driven also in the DC mode (direct current)….which the Idromed PC can't. (Please find attached the Idromed 5PS operating instructions).
Please read under these links, there you will find more information:
https://www.iontodevice.com/hyperhidrosis/differences-in-idromed-and-hidrex-iontophoresis-machines-t378.html
https://www.iontodevice.com/hyperhidrosis/iontophoresis-pulsed-current-better-than-direct-current-t139.html
With both machines, at the beginning, you have to treat daily for about 15 minutes (initial therapy). For the first treatment, increase the current slowly till you feel a tingling sensation. You might only achieve low current settings, as your skin will have to get used to the current. But then you will able to increase them. Once the sweating stops, you will need to determine for yourself by trial and error how often and at what current intensity you need to treat yourself to remain dry (maintenance therapy). Please note that Iontophoresis is a very individual therapy and that no one can tell you how long it will take for the sweating to stop in your individual case.
With our 8 weeks money back guarantee you can use the device for 8 weeks and see if the therapy is effective for you. If not, you can return the device and get a refund (https://www.iontodevice.com/sweating/information/money-back/index.html).
We have already sold some devices to Singapore, that`s no problem! The prices stated on our online shops include worldwide shipping, but please note that some countries outside of the EU may require additional tax and import fees. Until now, we haven't experienced paying extra taxes for delivery to Singapore, so I don´t think that you will have to pay something extra.
Should you require more information, please do not hesitate to contact us again!
