My daughter has been using this device for about 10 days and the last couple of days her hands have been really sore whilst she is doing the treatment. She has droped the intensity down to try and compensate. Is it normal for it to start hurting. The first week she had no pain
No other results though, hands still sweating profusely |

It is normal that you can't use high currents with sore hand! Please visit a dermatologist, maybe she has a allergy against nickle or chrome (contained in the stainless steel electrodes).
If this is the case, it would be worth trying aluminium ones.
