Hi, I tried to use this thing for the first time today and I could not understand exactly what I needed to do. I watch a video but I am having problem selecting the time and pulse I want to use. It say p-80 but I want it lower than that. also I have a hard time changing the time. is it suppose to decrease. And does it only work with water in the case. I did not put water because I could not use the controler properly. I do not want to shock myself. please help. I know I have asked alot of question but I want to use this correctly.
