Hi there,
I am writing a short blog.
i have received the machine 5 days ago.
So here it goes.
Day 1 : 30 minutes for both hand and feet.
I have set the hands Pulse width to 90 and for Feet to 100.
I followed the manual and set to 20 mA and 40 mA as specified. Extremely painful, could hardly get accustomed to it. I have some cuts on my feet and it probably contributed to the pain. Will get some vaseline tomorrow.
Day 2: 15 minutes for both hand and feet.
pW 90 (Hand) and 100 (Feet)
15minutes: 20 mA (Hand)
15 minutes : 40 mA (Feet)
Could hardly feel a thing.
Day 3: 30 minutes for both hand and feet
pW 90 and 100
30 mins : 25 ma (hand)
30 mins : 40 mA (Feet)
Slightly tingling, acceptable level.
Day 4: same as above.
Went out on a test last night. Initially, feet didn't sweat at all. Was very encouraging. Hands as well, after 30 minutes, hands started sweating like crazy. Feet as well, encouraging results.
Day 5: pW 90 and 100
30 mins : 30 mA (Hand)
30mins : 50 mA (Feet)
Gradually, the pain is becoming acceptable. Strong tingling sensation. I want a quick result. So I am willing to let it do its work.
Not painful, bearable. Hands and feet seem dry. But need further tests , will try again tomorrow. |

Please note that the point of Iontophoresis is doing a smooth therapy, which is comfortable for your body. It does not make sense to go through the pain, this is not good for you, you might get hurt.
So I would strongly advise you that if the current feeling is too strong and painful, please reduce either the current or go down with the pulse width. You will have the same results but with a smoother therapy. _________________ You are welcome...

Any updates on how your treatment is going?
It sounds like a really high level to start at - it shouldn't hurt so I wonder if you're trying to do too much too soon. Are you feeling any benefits now? |
