Hello,
I have done alot of research and looking to buy a iontophoresis machine this week. I do have a question, what certificate or proof will I have to use for the 4 year warranty in case something is wrong. This is a very expensive machine and warranty is important to me.
Also how long will it take to get to the US?
Also does the machine need an adaptor(transformer) to adjust the power to US power or can it adjust the power itself? |

Our bill is the proof.
We will handle all your questions and warrantee issues during the warranty phase (but also after the warranty runs out we are there for you too...).
Normally it takes roundabout 4-6 working days at the moment to get the package to the USA.
The machines have a wide range power supply. Only the Idromed needs a special adapter, from EU-to US plug - and it can be ordered in the options on the Idromed product detailed pages.
