hi
i wanted to buy the device but its expensive and currently cant get it
so
i made one till i get enough money
using a vidoeon the tube
i use an adapter with 12 v and 500 mA
1- is that good ?
2-did it twice each for 20 m (10 and 10 ) and feel like palm sweat increased
am i doing that right ?!
3- a friend told me that it might be harmful and might destroy Tissue
so iam so worried now
is that right ?

You are not serious, are you? The only safe way is to have a tested certified medical device!
I would not risk my health with a homemade thing just to save a few bucks!
It is up to you, but we cannot recomend this!
Also to use a mains plug that is not medically tested or certified... I cannot believe that anyone is willing to take such a risk!!!
