If I'm putting the sponges in the water for five minutes and then pulling them out, they are going to drip or drop water unless I wring them out.
I assume we are suppose to put them as soaked as possible under our arms and then soak them again after 8 minutes or so to finish the treatment.
Any clarification here would be helpful, thanks. |

I would say: soak them 5 min, don't wring them out too much (not completely, only till they don't drop water anymore) then treat. There is no need to remoisten them again, hope it is clear. _________________ You are welcome...
