|
|
Markus,
Quick question for you regarding the actual unit itself. I've had it for about 5 weeks now. I have the Idromed PC 5 device. Over the past few days I have noticed that when I turn the knob all the way up it will register 25 mA on the screen, but once I place my feet in the trays it will only register to about 20 mA. It didn't do that before. So, just curious if that means something is going wrong with the unit? Should I do anything at this point? I just want to make sure that I can continue to "cook" my feet at full intensity of 25 mA (LOL!!)
Thanks much.

Ok, thanks, Markus. So, the unit is functioning properly then and I should not be concerned about it? I just want to be sure that I'm actually getting the maximum intensity of 25 mA even though the unit's display says otherwise. Thanks for confirming. |

Thanks Markus. Fair point. I had not read the tips....still getting used to finding what I need on the site and it didn't even dawn on me, frankly. I have now gone in and read through the tips. I think I need to clean them with the stainless steel cleaner. Appreciate your patience and direction. |
