The Drionic device that I have only seems to work on half of my hand. I think this is due to the poor design of the machine (one half is submerged in water whereas the other half is lying on a wet wool pad). Have you ever gotten any feedback from customers who said the Idromed only worked for half of their hand/foot? If so, is this because the customer failed to switch the polarity as suggested?

I saw the note on your website that said that the Idromed PS has little or no pain or discomfort, as opposed to the standard Idromed. So does this mean NO pain or discomfort or only when the pulsed current is running?

So far I`ve never heard that the device only works on half of a hand/foot. I really think this is due to the design of your machineā€¦

The Idromed PS works only with pulsed current. Pulsed current is much smoother and not as painful as the direct current, that's why we always recommend the PS devices, especially for sensitive patients, for hand and underarm treatment but even for feet treatment. (If you aren't satisfied with the device you can return it and get a refund: 8 weeks money back guarantee, https://www.iontodevice.com/sweating/information/money-back/index.html)
