Hello,

Im am so happy I just received my Hidrex pulse 1000 for my hands, feet, and face.

What volts and pulse-width should I start with for the hands, face, and feet?

Should I treat each area for 15 min?

Since I have a positive(red) and Negative(black) polarity on two different sides, should I alternate the polarity each day (like a pattern)?

How come when I tried the facial mask, the screen on the machine kept blinking with the bars/never said "set" and the light was on for the "Dive-LED"?

It does not matter in which socket you stick the cables, red socket on the Iontophoresis machine marks the + pole.

You first have to Setup the machine, THEN you can place the mask on the face and connect the current circuit simply by:
either plugging in the electrode cables (and the electrodes are already in the mask ),

or putting in the already plugged electrodes in the mask.
