I cosider buying Hidrex PSP1000. I have not found official web-store on http://www.hidrex.de/ that is I would like to ask several questions.
1) Are you official retailer or a distribution unit of hidrex itself?
2) I found on hidrex.de that PSP1000 was updated and currently it has adjustable Intensity of Pulse and selectable Display of Dose in Voltage (V) or Current (mA). Do models sold via your store possess these new features?
3) Do you provide money-back gurantee for Hidrex PSP1000? I know you do for Idromed 5 PC but I prefer PSP1000 because it offers a broader range of settings.

We are official retailer of the Hidrex machines. We sell the Hidrex PSP1000, with all those features you mentioned. The price for it is 669€ and this includes shipping. The 8 week money back is also provided for the Hidrex PSP1000.
Idromed and Hidrex have both the same effect, they are both high quality and reliable machines. Nevertheless, the Idromed does not offer so many features as the Hidrex does (individual time setting, changeable pulse width, pulse current and direct current, … ). On the other hand, the Idromed is a bit easier to use. It's a very individual decision, depending on what you want the machine to be able to do. But they are both very good, you will be satisfied with either one.
