I have owned my Hidrex since August and am loving it! But I will be traveling in early January to visit some family and would like to bring it along to keep up on my treatments.

What have people experienced with TSA (security) and the Hidrex? Is it recommended to check the device in my baggage? Will it appear suspicious to security? Do I need to provide an explanation that it is a medical device?

I just want to make sure I am able to bring it and there won't be any issues.

Hello,

As far as we know, there haven't been any difficulties travelling with an Iontophoresis machine. You can take the manual with you to show that it is a medical device.
