I received the Idromed 5 PC machine approximately 1.5 weeks ago and am experiencing problems with the arm pad timer. It would not go on when I put the pads under my armpits. However, when I squeezed the pads together, the timer went on again. As I separate the pads and try again under my armpits, the timer would not go on again. Please help!

Also, I had 10 treatments so far and have around 75% of success so far. How should I maintain my dryness once I reach 100%?

Thank you so much!

After 15 days of treatment, my hands are now 98% dry. However, few of my fingertips on my right hand are still sweating at times, what can I do to solve this problem?

Some users do additional treatmetns only for the fingertips with a much lower power, up to 3 mA.

Please give me a success post.
