I have very high arches on both feet, as a result the soles of my feet are not in contact with the towels. Should I add more water or should it be ok, only got the device last week

Hi, there is no need to raise the water level. Please read this post, there you'll find a way on how to treat the whole foot, even areas which are not touching the towel, without having to raise the water level.
