I'm currently trying to treat the sweating of my palms at the sides and the top right now.
With the default 15 minute, 20volts with 250ml of water (Hidrex Psp1000)
I do the usual setup with the electrode covered by the provided cloth. Then in addition i put on a pair of cotton gloves and soak them with water.

First it's a good idea to get to soles dry. I am
referring to https://www.iontodevice.com/hyperhidrosis/how-high-shall-i-fill-in-the-water-in-the-trays-t145.html there we have a description of how you can do it properly.
Then you'll see how high the dryness level will go, and then it's a good idea to treat the parts that are still sweating , if there are any.

Nono. I already have my soles of the palm dry mostly.
Though on some occasions the palm area has a small amount of sweat. ( Is this normal? )
The same goes for the fingertips. Just slight amounts occasionally.

If the Palm area still has a small amount of sweat, then it probably isn't dry enough. Are you still on daily Treatments? If yes, I would continue until you reach full dryness. Same goes for the fingertips.
As for your question, if this treatment will work, you already had a have a bit of success right? Wink

It works but its getting weird.
After about 95% dryness i swapped to wearing gloves to try and treat the upper parts as well.
But after about 3 weeks of that, my palm is starting to sweat a little more again.
Should i just switch back to normal treatment without the gloves?

There's also currently a slight amount of cracks on some fingertips. just 4/10 fingers.
Would it be okay to do 15 mins without gloves then 15 mins with them?

I don't think that the glove has something to do with your increased Palm sweating , because in the end, you're treating it as well. Have you changed something else?
As for the cracks, you can also cover them with Vaseline or Nivea cream. Then it shouldn't hurt and you can proceed with the therapy.

Nothing has changed.
Only the addition of me wearing wet cotton gloves.
I would like to add in that today i decided to do treatment differently and revert back the usual simple palm treatment with the tray.Immediate results where the palms light sweating was gone.
Very odd..

Hm, ok this is weird. But maybe it is really the glove...
Or the Change you made just now. Either way, the important thing is, that now it is working again! Smile

I suppose so.
Do you think this is okay for underarm treatment?
15 minutes, 10 volts pulsed current 70%?
Recently started this.

One other question, under extreme heat, my palms start sweating in minute amounts.
Should i up treatment time or increase voltage for this? Or should i continue treatment and maybe it goes away on its own.

( I'm also currently using nivea lotion to try and moisten up my hands because it's really dry at the moment and showing signs of cracking )
Gonna be buying some Vaseline tomorrow to use for the cracked parts of my hand.
Will this affect my treatment in any way?

For adjusting the pulsed settings please use this routine
https://www.iontodevice.com/hyperhidrosis/how-to-adjust-the-perfect-pulsed-setting-for-hidrex-psp1000-t748.html

I think it's normal that you start sweating slightly under extreme heat. We don't think it is useful to try to get the sweating to stop completely in extreme situations. If you're try to do this, there is an increased risk, of provoking an overtherapy.
https://www.iontodevice.com/hyperhidrosis/iontophoresis-overtherapy-t1685.html

Also, the fact that you describe that your your hands are really dry at the moment, points also to an overtherapy.
To maintain the skin condition we recommend using our special Iontophoresis after-care.

Okay!
I've read this through, so do you think this should help me.
Since my inital success date was about 20 days.
I'll do a treatment session every 2days ( Ill keep doing my underarms until they reach the dryness i desire )
Going to also buy some vaseline to try and speed up the regrowth and regeneration of my skin.

Yes think this should help you, according to the first post I've sent you, if you read it really, then you should have learned that it is in most cases not useful to use a setting of
10 volts pulsed current 70%.
In some cases it is even better to go down in percentage with the pulsed width as normal if you have the possibility to set up higher voltages with the same treatment feeling. Don't forget I cannot say concretely to do this or that because you have to figure it out for yourself - how the treatment feels for you, how your skin reacts in regards to this, you have to decide which are the best settings for your condition.
The first link is only a guideline, that leads beginners, and also more experienced users, quickly to a good Iontophoresis setup mode with the Hidrex Iontophoresis machine.
Also for the vaseline, maybe this post is also useful for you:

Okay. I'll test out the tips you gave on how to adjust for my underarms.
Thanks a bunch.
The image for the nivea is not loading.
Is it that little circular tin that you are referring to?

I'm a little confused on the instructions for the palm and foot treatment on that thread though.
Should i continue with the default treatment settings? Or use the one on that thread.

Editerino: Tested out underarm treatment according to that thread.
Noted that at 20volts 50% pulsewidth is when i start to feel a slight tingling sensation.
That should be what i'll use from now on then right?
It's also normal to feel more of that sensation in the arm where the red plug is treating since it's stronger right?

So, my skin on the palms has already healed.
Should I instead test out the machine at 50% pulsewidth and try to find the maximum voltage possible with the tingling sensation but without pain?
Or should i just maintain my current 15 minutes 20 volts 70% pulsewidth?
I actually noticed that before this, i already felt the tingling sensation at this setting.
The reason my hands became fucked was because i was over treating Razz

Hi,

Nivea: yes, it is the small (or big) blue tin.
Palm/Foot treatment: begin with 50% and then you can work your way up.
Underarms: If at 20V and 50% you feel a slight tingling, then thats your setting. Treat with that. It is normal to feel more at the red pole. This is why we recommend to switch every once in a while.
