Hi,

I've found success when using a low water level as suggested, but this just stops my palms from sweating. My fingertips and the top of my hands around the nail still sweat.

When I try to fill the water level up to these areas, I find that treatment stops working. How do I get my full hands dry? I don't understand the method described using cotton gloves. Could you please explain further.

Thank you.

Hello,

Many users just cover the parts that still sweat (and normally are not covered by water) with a wet cotton towel (or wearing wet cotton gloves). Another option is to do an extra treatment session just for the fingertips (keeping only the fingertips in the water).
Hope it's clear. If not, please do not hesitate to contact us again!

Which method would be the most effective, the washcloth or gloves? Doing the fingertips won't really work since the side of my hands still sweat.

Would it also be better to do extra sessions when using the washcloth/gloves or is it perfectly fine to use this during normal treatment sessions?

That's individual, but if the sides of your hands also sweat, maybe the gloves option is the better one: You may cut out the parts you do not want to treat with a scissors (for example the upper part) in order to cover only the sweating areas.
Normally it's fine to use the gloves during normal treatment sessions.
Remember to use not couloured pure cotton or linen
