|
|
It happened at around day 17 where my palms and soles hit complete dryness.
I'm not too sure on how i should approach the maintenance even after reading the recommendation
Also, since i want to treat the top of my hands as well, how should i go about doing it.
Should i do it alongside the maintenance of my palm? Or is it a seperate treatment for that area alltogether
( Thanks to this forum and iontophoresis as well, I'm glad i purchased a device! ) |

Hello,
Great to hear that you've reached the wished for dryness!
If it took you 17 days of daily treatments to get initial success/dryness, then multiply 17 by 1.5 = 25.5
So in this case, 25 (or 26) is the magic number you will use for your maintenance treatment schedule.
Now, you can treat on alternate days for 25 days.
If you're still dry after 25 days of alternate treatment, you can proceed increasing the break. So, for the next 25 days (again, your magic number), alternate 2 days of no treatment followed by 1 day of treatment... And so on:

If you want to treat the top of your hands, you can cover them with a wet cotton washcloth or wear wet cotton gloves during the treatment. (Doing so, you won't have to increase the water level, which is normally better!)
