I also think the Idromed trays are better
At this point in time fisher only offers a DC device, which is similar to the Idromed DC.
The Idromed is available in Pulsed Direct Current too.
For a better comparison: The Idromed has a max power of 25 mA - so it can be regulated from 0-25mA. The Fisher has 2 ranges, from 0-10 and 0-50. Although I do not believe that this is correct because the max power of the device must be regulated and limited to 25 mA (German medical regulations) - an increase beyond 25mA could be dangerous for the body. And no-one wants to die during an iontophoresis session.
Normally very few people can actually tolerate 25mA! The Idromed is mains plugged, the trays fit together to form the carrying case, and there are distance grids between the electrode plates.
